Safety Alert: Mass Bay will never call you directly and ask for your pin number. Scammers can spoof a caller ID and make it look like they are your financial institution
As cleanup efforts continue, and to keep our employees and members safe following the winter storm, all Mass Bay Credit Union offices will open at 12 noon on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. We encourage you to use ATMs, online, mobile, or telephone banking. Please stay safe!
