- One-Time Setup: The first time you call, you'll be prompted to confirm your account information and create a secure 4-digit PIN (your PIN cannot start with 0).
Here's What You'll Need:
- Account Number: Have your account number readily available.
- Social Security Number: This is required for initial system authentication.
- New 4-Digit PIN: Choose a memorable PIN for future access (cannot start with 0).
