Improve your home comfort while saving energy and lowering your bills with an interest free Heat Loan from Mass Save.
Members may qualify for a ZERO-PERCENT loan to use for the purchase of qualified energy-efficient improvements in their homes through our partnership with Mass Save®.
Program highlights:
- Loans available up to $25,000 with terms up to 7 years (depending on the loan type)*
- Mass Save offers monetary incentives for installing a variety of qualified energy efficiency upgrades
*Monthly Payment is $11.90 per $1,000.00 borrowed. Subject to credit approval. MassSave qualification restrictions may apply.
Eligible energy efficiency improvements may include:
- Weatherization Improvements
- Attic, wall, and basement insulation
- Central AC and air-source heat pumps
- Ductless mini split-heat pumps
- High-efficiency heating and hot water systems, including solar
- Energy Star® Qualified replacement windows
- Digital & WiFi thermostats
