We're excited to announce the launch of our new 24-hour telephone banking system, replacing our long-standing T-Teller service. While T-Teller served us well, this upgrade brings even more convenience and accessibility to your banking experience.

Just as Easy, Even More Features:

The new system offers all the features you loved about T-Teller, like checking balances, viewing transaction history, transferring and withdrawing funds, making payments, stopping payments, and more. Plus, you'll enjoy the benefits of 24/7 access, allowing you to manage your finances on your own time.

Getting Started is Simple:

  • New Menu Options: Navigate the system with ease using our clear and concise menu options – a quick reference is provided above.
  • One-Time Setup: The first time you call, you'll be prompted to confirm your account information and create a secure 4-digit PIN (your PIN cannot start with 0).

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Account Number: Have your account number readily available.
  • Social Security Number: This is required for initial system authentication.
  • New 4-Digit PIN: Choose a memorable PIN for future access (cannot start with 0).
