Fraud is on the rise.  If we call you for any reason, we NEVER ask for your account number, tax ID, or online banking credentials.  We may ask you to confirm a transaction date, amount, or location.  As your financial institution we know who you are.  Fraudsters are trying to find out who you are so they can access your accounts.  Don't willingly share your personal or financial information.  And remember, we never email or text you to ask for your account or personal information.  If you are in doubt, call us at 617-269-2700.
