Beginning Saturday morning, October 17, 2026 at 6 am, we will begin paving our South Boston branch parking lot. The project will continue through Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11pm. Access to the parking lot during these days will be limited and members may find it difficult to find parking. Our full service branches in Everett and Quincy Center are available to use and we appreciate your patience as we make this important improvement for our members.
We will be towing unauthorized vehicles beginning Saturday morning October 17 at 5 am so the work crews can complete their work.

Caller ID Spoofing
Safety Alert: Mass Bay will never call you directly and ask for your pin number. Scammers can spoof a caller ID and make it look like they are your financial institution.
What You Should Do
- If you ever receive a call from your financial institution and are unsure if the call is legitimate, hang up and call the company back directly.
- If you do not remember signing up for text message alerts with your financial institution, do not respond to any text messages you receive on the bank’s behalf.
- If you receive a suspicious text message or phone call from Mass Bay Credit Union, please contact us at 617-269-2700, Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday – 8:30am – 1:15pm.
- Review your bank statements and online banking regularly and notify us immediately of any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
